Open Hearth Pizza’s artisan crafted, wood-fired, brick oven was built on the back of a truck so we can bring you the freshest handmade pizza served right out of the oven. Our pizza, made with local ingredients and hand tossed, delights crowds from farmers markets to weddings, music festivals to birthday parties and everything in-between.
Vermont Yak Company
We are a three family, two farm business raising grass-fed yaks for meat, hides, and agri-tourism in Vermont’s Mad River Valley. Visit us virtually or better yet, come to the farm!
The Hind Quarter
A vintage 1964 fire engine turned food truck, is popping up on the streets of Vermont serving an eclectic menu of gourmet snacks. Our in-house smoked bacon, freshly made ramen noodle bowls, and Korean Bahn Mi sandwiches are only a glimpse into the ever-changing menu. Our little red wagon is available for late night weddings, parties and festivals.
